Schedule

The following is a typical morning at the Children's Corner Preschool.

         7:30-8:30  Early drop-off program. Free play time is spent at the different learning centers.

        8:30   Arrival time for the morning session. Children are welcomed into the classroom.

         8:30-9:45  Children choose activities at the various learning centers. Fine motor, cooking, circle time,   music, dramatic play, computers and art activities are planned for this time.

          9:45  Children wash hands and eat snack.

          9:45-10:30 Children spend time at the sand table, play-dough table, woodworking bench, easel and science center.

          10:30-11:30 Outdoor play. Children exercise their muscles on the play yard equipment. Outdoor activities such as nature crafts, gardening and water play are planned for this time. Art, music and dramatic play materials are also available outside. During inclement weather, children spend this time indoors.

          11:30 Departure time for the morning session. Children gather their belongings and say goodbye to friends.
